All online orders are shipped within 2-5 business days by Canada Post or Courier.

We accept payment by credit card through the secure gateway of WooCommerce Payments. An account is not required for payment to be made. Your card will be authorized at the time of order, including shipping charges and applicable taxes.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include HST/GST or shipping.
Occasionally, some items may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We may ship partial or incomplete orders if your out-of-stock item is not available at the time of order fulfillment. Remaining backordered items will be shipped to you free of charge and accompanied by an email notification that the remainder of your order has shipped.
Please note: in the case of backorder, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your original order. If your item does not have an anticipated restocking date, we will refund your card before your order is shipped.

Unhappy with your purchase? As you cannot use testers in-store, we are happy to accept unopened, unused products for a full refund within 15 days of purchase on online purchases. Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

Liquid Green Products™ will ONLY pay for a return’s shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped with your parcel. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking number and ensuring your parcel has insurance incase of loss or damage.
